If you prefer to have less involvement in the day-to-day management of your rental property or are thinking about moving away from a full-service property manager, we offer a variety of flexible solutions to suit your needs. We can act as the primary point of contact for your guests, available around the clock, to answer any questions or promptly address any issues that arise. Additionally, our skilled maintenance team is standing by to handle minor repairs and emergency lock-outs efficiently. Another option is for us to co-host your property, allowing you to remain involved in the process while significantly reducing your expenses compared to full management services.

A la carte services vs. Co-hosting

Pay only for what you need with our a la carte services. Most owners set the cleaning fee as a pass-through cost to the guest. Meaning no out of pocket expense to you! When needed, we are here to help with small maintenance issues and other tasks. These extras are billed only as needed according to our simple fee schedule. 

Alternatively, you may opt to be more hands off and have us co-host. Not only do we manage guests and bookings, but coordinate the little things, such as meeting repairmen, shopping for necessary items for your property (ex. HVAC filters), being the city contact and more at no extra cost. You simply pay our co-hosting fee and reimburse us for any purchases.
