Do you have repairs that you don't have the time or skillset to do?

Ready Rental Services performs a standard maintenance and damage check after each clean. We inspect appliances, light bulbs, remote batteries, A/C, hot water, and replace HVAC filters when needed. This is included in our cleaning service.

Should we notice a slow drain, clogged toilet, blind slat missing or other small issue, we will alert you and make the repairs after you give the go-ahead. We can typically fix issues before guests arrive and keep in touch via phone, text, or email. The task will be added to your cleaning bill. If a plumber or other contractor is needed, we can let them in and supervise them if needed. This would be billed as a concierge fee.

Ready Rental Services is not a licensed contractor and can only perform small repairs as per the laws of Florida. We can not do major plumbing, electrical, or any other work that requires a license to perform. Our handyman services are limited to small projects (under 1 hour) so that our staff is available for all properties when needed and not tied up on a job. Our rate is about 1/2 the average handyman and we are often within a 10-15 drive and can complete the repair very quickly. However, you are always welcome to have your own handyman. In fact, we encourage it for larger work, as well as having a plumber, HVAC and other professionals lined up for when needed.

Ready Rental Services home watch provides regular checks weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to keep your property safe when you’re away or it’s not rented. We look for water leaks, pests, break-ins, and other issues that need attention. We aim to be your trusted partner for all your vacation home needs. If you need help with anything else, just ask!
