 Ready Rental Services has been servicing the Tampa Bay Beaches short term rentals for close to a decade!

Rebecca, one of the owners, was a full property manager in Sedona, AZ for both annual rentals and short-term rentals prior to starting Ready Rental Services in 2016. She and her business partner, Jonah, have worked with hundreds of cleaners, and performed thousands of turnover cleans and inspections. As you can imagine we have a lot of stories! And a lot of advice when it comes to running a successful rental including do’s and don’ts and ways to keep costs down and profit up.

  • We can assist with effective ways to write check-in/check-out instructions so that guests read them and do not simply skim through.

  • We can offer advice on which furnishings to avoid that increase cleaning fees.

  • We can help with your decision on towel color. Most think white is best, but we can tell you why this can be a costly mistake

  • We can help condo owners with HOA minimums learn to review the language to maximize bookings

  • We encourage all owners to deep clean their own property. We will assist in how to do this. Plan for 10-15 hours! This is always very eye-opening in seeing what goes into a deep clean, understanding why its needed, identifying the difference between a deep clean and regular clean and seeing the value. Deep cleans are very time consuming and expensive, but a necessary part of the business.
