Rebecca, one of the owners, was a full property manager in Sedona, AZ for both annual rentals and short-term rentals prior to starting Ready Rental Services in 2016. We encourage all owners to deep clean their own property. We will assist in how to do this. Plan for 10-15 hours! This is always very eye-opening in seeing what goes into a deep clean, understanding why its needed, identifying the difference between a deep clean and regular clean and seeing the value. Deep cleans are very time consuming and expensive, but a necessary part of the business.
